Our Mission The purpose of the Chiba Prefectural Boso-no-Mura museum is to preserve an example of the traditional lifestyle and techniques of craft making, and to allow us all to find value in them. We aim to provide visitors with the opportunity to learn our history and culture through exhibitions and experiences. We aim to encourage people to develop a love of history and nature, and support their understanding of our traditional culture.

Directions to Boso-no-Mura
By bus from the JR Ajiki Station on the JR Narita Line : about 8 minutes by the Ryukakuji-dai-shako bus. Get off at "Boso-no-Mura".Walk about 3 minutes.

By bus from the JR Ajiki Station on the JR Narita Line : about 15 minutes by the Doramu-bus(Loop bus in Sakae-machi). Get off at "Doramu-no-Sato".Walk about 3 minutes.

By bus from the JR Narita Station on the JR Narita Line: about 20 minutes by the Ryukakuji-dai-shako bus. Get off at "Ryukakuji-dai-2-chome".Walk about 8 minutes.

By train from the JR Shimosa-manzaki Station on the JR Narita Line:Walk about 30 minutes.

By car: About 10km from the Narita interchange of the Higashi Kanto Expressway, heading towards Narita and Ajiki.

Directions to Fudoki-no-oka Shiryo-kan(Archaeological Artifact Museum) By bus from the JR Ajiki Station on the JR Narita Line; about 6 minutes by the Ryukakuji-dai-shako bus. Get off at "Fudoki-no-oka-kita-guchi". Walk about 5 minutes to Fudoki-no-oka-Shiryo-kan(Archaeological Artifact Museum) .
Parking
Free of charge.
There are four parking areas available with a capacity of 357 cars and 16 buses .

Admission
Individual
Adults: 300yen High school/College students: 150yen Senior citizens 65 years or older, and students through junior high school (Please present a document that shows your age.) : Free Handicapped or under welfare assistance and their Attendants: Free Admission for special exhibitions not included.
Groups (20 people or more)
Adults: 240 yen High school/College students: 120 yen Admission for special exhibitions not included.
Policies
ERecreation equipment, such as ball, badminton and frisbees, are not permitted.
EPets are not allowed (except for a part of the free area) Insects and plants cannot be collected.
Group Visits
Advance reservations are required for groups of 20 or more.
Submit the group visit application form before the date of your visit.
Submit the group entrance form to the information desk when you enter.
Activities yoroi
Reservations are required for certain activities.
Set programs are also available for large groups (reservations required).
