Opening Hours

9.30a.m. to 4.30p.m., Tuesday to Sunday. 

The museum is normally closed on Mondays. If, however, Monday is a public holiday the museum
will be open that day but close the following day instead.

 Admission is free for  junior high school students and younger, seniors 65 years of age and older,and disabled visitors and one accompanying caregiver.

Please note, however, that we are in a position only to accept cash, not cards.

By train and bus
– From the West Exit of Narita Station on the JR Narita Line, take the Chiba Kotsu bus “Ryukakujidai Shako,” for about 20 minutes to the Ryukakujidai 2-chome bus stop. It is about a 10-minute walk from there.
– From Ajiki Station on the JR Narita Line, take the Chiba Kotsu bus “Ryukakujidai Shako,” for about 10 minutes to the Boso-no-Mura bus stop. It is about a 3-minute walk from there.

If visitor from abroad posts a message on social media to a friend about their experience at Boso-noMura, then simply by showing the post to the staff at a reception, the visitor will be given a free small commemorative souvenir of their visit.
